Alonzo Pringle & Alice Teffian, Prince George’s County, MD – Alonzo Pringle has been
a US Postal worker in Transportation and Logistics for over 14 years. He studied
computer Technology at Tesst Electronics. He is a native to DC Metro Area
originally from Washington, DC and currently residing in Prince George’s County, MD.
George Ostfeld, Las Vegas – Central & Southwest – Originally from Chicago, and now
living in Las Vegas, George has a BS in Aero Nautical Engineering. George is
retired from the US Air Force having served 21 ˝ years in various capacities, most
notably as a Command Post Supervisor and a B-52 Bomber Navigator/Bombardier. He is
also the inventor of 2 games, one business game and one strategy game. George is
currently employed part-time with the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
Holly & Michael Manley, Panama City, FL – Holly has a degree in History and
Education from Davidson College & Appalachian State. She has taught in public
schools for 15 years. Michael has a BS in Mathematics from Furman University in
Greenville, SC and an MBA from Appalachian State Institute in Supply Management.
Michael has spent the last 10 years in Purchasing and will be working his
MonitorClosely.com Franchise along side his wife.
Serge Marquez, San Diego-North & Temecula, CA Serge is an Audio/Video Technician,
Business Owner and a Dish Network/Direct TV dealer. He has a background in
structured wiring for commercial and residential applications, technological
knowledge of video surveillance equipment, and over 12 years of customer service
experience. He is looking forward to the bright future with his MonitorClosely.com
Franchise along side partner Tim Austin.
Joe Sanchez, Monterey County, CA – Joe has worked for the School District for 30
years in addition to owning his own janitorial and house flipping businesses. Joe
serves as the chapter President for C.S.E.A (California School Employees
Association).
Anthony Farrow, West Sound/Tacoma, WA – Anthony served in the US Navy for 8 years as
a nuclear trained mechanic and has a B.S. in Human Resources from Midland University
in NY. He is committed to providing customer service that exceeds industry
standards.
Ray Paige, Richmond, VA – Raymond retired from the US Navy after 20 years of
honorable service. He has served as a Law Enforcement Specialist providing training
in areas such as force protection and physical security. After retiring, he was
deputized Marshal for the Department of Justice. He is currently working as an
independent security contractor in the Middle East. Ray is excited and looking
forward to a rewarding experience owning his own MonitorClosely.com Franchise.
Ed Hill, Baltimore Washington Corridor – Following a brief military career as a US
Army Officer, Ed was a top producer and highly successful sales rep. for a publicly
traded international medical company. He has been involved in the development of
various patents of technologies and consumer based products. He also owns and
operates multiple contracting companies in addition to purchasing his
MonitorClosely.com Franchise.
Eric Bowens Lawrenceville, GA – Eric was born and raised in Harlem, New York. He is
a retired 20-year veteran of the New York City Police Department. Eric has a
background in investigation, security, under cover surveillance, dignitary
protection, and integration. He also completed 3 years of service in the US Army,
where he specialized in training and nuclear biological and chemical warfare.
Paul Dinkins, St. Louis-Northwest & St. Charles – Paul was most recently a financial
manager for national accounts at Graybar Electric. He recently earned a MA in
Christian studies from Mars Hill Graduate School and also has a BS in Business
Administration from Thomas Edison State College. Paul and his wife Trish both
served in the Navy in the intelligence field. Trish was most recently an Assistant
to a Senior Vice President at Starbucks. They both look forward to the benefits of
business ownership in this exciting opportunity.
Jeff Cranford, Dayton, OH – Jeff will be joining Al Nigam at the MonitorClosely.com-
Dayton, Ohio location. He will be directing the sales effort.
Lance Mandernack, Hollywood, CA – Lance has a background in healthcare and
entertainment. He has a BS Degree from San Diego State and has been a SAG member

Pilot School. He has been a certified financial planner for 16 years and hosted his
own financial planning radio talk show in Chicago. He is a graduate of Miami Oxford
University in Ohio.
Tony McColloh, Baltimore Washington Corridor – Following a 3 year tenure at Morgan
State University as a business management major, Tony spent 17 years as a broadcast
journalist and radio personality in various markets including Baltimore, MD, and San
Diego, CA. He also founded a full-service public relations firm before relocating
to Southern California. Tony became a sales trainer and sales supervisor at a
California-based software company and then entered the mortgage banking industry
before co-founding Mem Trek Technologies. Tony will be working along side Ed Hill to
develop their MonitorClosely.com territory.
Tim Austin San Diego-North & Temecula, CA – In 2001, Tim incorporated a retail store
to market Direct-to-home satellite services for Direct TV and Dish Network. Tim
managed the day-to-day operations as CEO/President with an annual gross over
$500,000. He feels the surveillance industry in the right direction to go moving
